Vapor Combustion Railcar Cleaning Method:
Removing explosive vapors from railcars involves meticulous safety and attention to the details of complying with specific regulations. Vapor Combustion allows for the control and removal of the explosive vapors through the use of thermal oxidation or other scrubbing methods.

Closed loop emulsification
In order to emulsify and achieve the removal of residue left behind from products being transported in railcars, Closed loop emulsification is used by the introduction of steam with a chemical in order to liquify the hardened residues. This process minimizes usage of water with leads to lower consumption of water

Robotic Blast Systems
Through the use of a robotic arm inserted into the top of the railcar opening, we are able to use a robotic blast system to get inside of the railcar to blast the railcar free of residues left behind from transported products. Because of the nature of the railcar cleaning process, it is a very safe and effective railcar cleaning method as it is fully automated.
